Return & Refund Policy – ISO Certification Bangladesh

At ISO Certification Bangladesh, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality services. However, due to the nature of certification and consultancy-based services, our return and refund policy differs slightly from that of physical product-based businesses.

Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Clients may cancel their service request within 7 days of payment, provided that no consultancy or documentation work has been initiated.

  • Once work has commenced (including consultancy, audits, or documentation), no full refunds will be issued.

  • Requests made after 7 days or after the commencement of services are not eligible for refunds.

Partial Refunds May Be Considered If:

  • A cancellation request is received within the eligible period and part of the service has been delivered.

  • The refund amount in such cases will be determined after deducting applicable administrative or service fees.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Certification services that have already been issued

  • Documentation and consultancy already delivered

  • Government or third-party fees paid on the client’s behalf

  • Urgent/expedited service charges

Proof of Purchase

  • All refund requests must be accompanied by a valid receipt or invoice.

  • Verbal or informal agreements are not considered proof of purchase.

Service Modifications or Exchanges

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, we may offer a revision or modification based on your feedback, rather than a refund.

  • Service exchanges (e.g., switching from one certification type to another) may be considered, depending on the case and progress of existing service delivery.

Refund Processing Time

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Delays in bank processing may affect the exact posting date.
